Eye Makeup Help!?
I am absolutely horrible at applying makeup, always have been for some reason. I have blue eyes, and I know they are supposed to wear blue shadow, but just can not seem to do it. Any other suggestions on how to apply? Besides, anytime I wear eyeliner in the lower lid smeared ends 2 hours later I have makes me look like a black eye. I have oily skin and use waterproof lining! help!
Does else will you by any chance? Apply less. Less is actually more attractive when it comes to makeup. Apply the coating in the thin strokes of light. And always buy makeup department store. The results are so worth it.
